Asuhan keperawatan klien dengan intervensi kompres air hangat pada hipertermia dengan diagnosa medis Acute Lymphoid Leukimia di Ruang Bona RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya

ABSTRAK
Leukemia adalah poliferasi tak teratur atau akumulasi sel-sel darah putih dan sumsum tulang, menggantikan elemen-elemen sum-sum normal. ALL (Acute Lymphoid Leukemia) adalah insiden paling tinggi terjadi pada anak-anak yang berusia antara 3 dan 5 tahun. Pada anak-anak yang menderita kanker akan menjalani kemoterapi selama perawatan dirumah sakit. Kemoterapi merupakaan pengobatan secara sistemik, oleh karena juga akan merusak jaringan normal. Efek samping akut dari kemoterapi adalah mual, muntah, alopesia, dan penekanan sumsum tulang, sedangkan efek samping lambat yang terjadi adalah hipertemi. Masalah hipetermi membuat pasien membutuhkan perawatan khusus yaitu asuhan keperawatan. Asuhan keperawatan merupakan proses atau rangkaian kegiatan pada praktik keperawatan yang diberikan secara langsung pada klien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien hipertermi dengan Leukimia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan dua partisipan dari pasien yang dirawat selama 3 hari di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Hasil studi menjelaskan bahwa pasien dengan Leukimia didapatkan diagnosa keperawatan prioritas hipertermi. Intervensi yang diberkikan kepada kedua klien adalah dengan cara pemberian kompres air hangat. Kompres hangat adalah melapisi permukaan kulit dengan handuk yang telah dibasahi air hangat dengan tempratur maksimal 43oC. Dari rencana tersebut dilakukan tindakan sesuai rencana dan didapatkan evaluasi selama 3 hari masalah pada pasien pertama dan kedua masalah tertasi dari suhu tubuh awal 38,60C menjadi 36,70C, pasien kedua dengan suhu tubuh awal 38,70C manjadi 36,50C. dari evaluasi dari kedua pasien terdapat kesamaan dimana kedua pasien setelah diberikan kompres air hangat.

ABSTRACT
Leukemia is irregular proliferation or accumulation of white blood cells and bone marrow, replacing normal sum-sum elements. ALL (Acute Lymphoid Leukemia) is the highest incidence occurring in children aged between 3 and 5 years. In children who suffer from cancer will undergo chemotherapy during treatment at the hospital. Chemotherapy is a systemic treatment, because it will also damage normal tissue. Acute side effects of chemotherapy are nausea, vomiting, alopecia, and suppression of bone marrow, while the slow side effects that occur are hypertemia. Hypothermia problems make patients need special care, namely nursing care. Nursing care is a process or series of activities in nursing practice that is given directly to the client. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care to patients with hypertension with leukemia. The research method used was a case study with two participants from patients who were treated for 3 days at the Dr. Hospital. Soetomo Surabaya. The results of the study explained that patients with leukemia were diagnosed with priority hypertensive nursing. The intervention given to both clients is by giving warm water compresses. Warm compresses are to coat the surface of the skin with a towel soaked in warm water with a maximum temperature of 430C. The plan was carried out according to plan and obtained a 3-day evaluation of problems in the first and second patients of the tertiary problem from the initial body temperature of 38.60C to 36.70C, the second patient with initial body temperature 38.70C to 36.50C. from the evaluation of the two patients there were similarities where both patients were given warm water compresses.
