Abstract

BP 100/60 mmHg, Pulse 87x / minute, irregular breathing, conjunctiva anemic In the abdomen there are surgical scars, there are linea nigra and albican striae, TFU 1 finger below the center, soft uterine contractions, empty bladder, no tenderness signs of infection, and the wound is covered with gauze. In the assessment, a diagnosis was found, namely: NY "H" Age 39 years P0211 two days Postpartum with HPP, HBsAg (+), and a history of placenta increta. The management is to explain the results of the examination to the family, that the condition of the mother is currently good, the results of the examination of vital signs show that they are within normal limits after experiencing postpartum bleeding. However, currently there are still a lot of maternal blood excreted through the birth canal so that further monitoring and observation is needed, Providing appropriate nutritional intake to the mother with doctor's advice, observing vital signs and puerperium.
